We came in after 7 on Sunday and there were only a couple other tables when we arrived and we were the only table when we left. Service was super fast and our server was friendly! We had the fusion sushi and jalapeno poppers for apps - both were tasty. We had the pork belly sandwich with the fries and the tempura fish tacos for our main and they were good. The pork belly sandwich could use more of the cucumber salad but the sauce that came with it was so good. The mango salsa on the tacos was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience! It's nice to have an option other than your run of the mill bar food. We'll definitely stop back when we're in town.

I've been excited since I heard about this place opening at this location. I really like the location and atmosphere. I've been there three times now and ordered into our dealership once on a Saturday. I've enjoyed all of my food, unfortunately friends/ family who I've brought with me have had their orders/ food not quit right and the customer service/ service speed is lacking. I understand they just opened. I'm excited for when everyone is trained in and they have their systems in place. The owner's other restaurants have great service. I've really enjoyed the boneless wings and the sweet tots. The portion sizes aren't very big, but the flavors are good. I will continue trying more options here and bringing people with me. I believe they'll get the service side of it figured out.

Went today for the first time. Blooming Onion was amazing. As well as all of our meals. Service was spot on. Highly recommend. Best French Fries in town!. Definitely a new go to..

I had the brussel sprouts. They were grilled with teriyaki sauce added to the bowl. While enjoying it I had the Korean bowl with spicy sauce. I still had room for the Tuscana soup. It has Italian sausage, kale, carrots, potatoes and onions. Drink was lemonade. The soup came with a bread great for dipping into the broth. Healthy and tasty good food.

Tried out the new Fusion bar and Grill, In New Ulm. The food was delicious, Service was great atmosphere was fun and buzzing!! I had the Cucumber margarita & the Korean bowl and it was so yummy!!! We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I loved the food, drinks and appetizer... Street tacos, tempura fish tacos, california roll and fresh squeezed margaritas. Service and atmosphere was great!

Everything was great. Service is prompt. Food was great. Had sushi and was yummy, great app for the price. Margaritas, mojito, and raspberry sour, all great. Pork belly sandwich was flavorful and delicious. Tempura shrimp tacos were excellent.

I recently visited Fusion, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. I ordered the Mexican Bowl, and it was absolutely fantastic—fresh ingredients, great flavor, and a perfect balance of everything. You can tell they put real care into the dish. Our waiter, Emily, made the experience even better. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just how we wanted it. Her service really stood out and added to the overall positive vibe of the restaurant. Fusion has definitely earned a return visit from me. Highly recommend it—especially the Mexican Bowl!
